Q: Hi, We are a family of three planning to take a tour in Sep 2010 (tour code USLA2130) 7 days bus tour 1.Will my daughter whose is 2 yrs be charged any fees. u have mentioned buy 2 get 1 free. 2. If we arrive LA in morning at around 10.30 am & check in the hotel u mention does the tour start the same day or we get to see the city all by ourselves and the tour begin next day? 3. We r veggies are there any indian hotels nearby for dinner

2010-04-30 12:41:41 Hi Mayuri: You will have to include your daughter as part of the traveler list you will be booking for. If your child is the third or fourth person booked in the room, you should be able to get the buy 2 get 1 free promotional price. The first day of the tour is free of activities, and there are no vegetarian restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel booked for the first night, but there will be plenty of restaurants with vegetable only dishes on their menus. Q: Thanks for your response, however I am still confuse as how the buy2 get 1 free works. I've tried different combination (based on 4 people joining the tour) on your booking screen, only get the result of $1150 (as advised on your response) if 4 of us in 1 room. When I select 2 rooms each with 2 adults, it still gives me the price of $1552 ($388x4). Would you please confirm if 4 of us are joining with 2 rooms on this tour, what will be the price? Regarding price, you can click pricing for more details on the tour page. 1. $388 is the rate for each one if two persons join this tour with one room. 2. If four persons join this tour, you can get buy 2 get one price only when four persons in one room or 3 of you in one room, and the fourth person in a single room. The price for you is $1368 if you book this tour with two rooms(one single room, one triple occupancy) If you book this tour with one quadri room, the rate should be $1150. If you book this tour with two double room, then rate is $1552. Buy one get one free promotion is based on share room. I was told by a friend (who joined your tours before) the offer works as the third person for free.
